$15 fee for clinics with horses, must be pre-registered by May 15. Open to all youth 18 and under. Audit-FREE or donation to BUCOAS.

$10 Team Fee must be pre-registered by May 15. See Team Entry form for more information.
Teams made from minimum 4 current 4H/FFA members, and their enrolled equine projects; with 2 entries from each team eligible to compete in each class. See entry form for more details.
CLASSES: Showmanship - English Pleasure - Western Pleasure - Ranch Pleasure - Barrel Race - Ribbon Race - Obstacle Race (No horses - timed) - Bat Race (No horses –bring a bat) - Boot Race (No horses)
Following Events: Awards Ceremony & Social Time
Participants: NO Barns or stalls may be used – must work out of your trailer. No overnight camping. PLEASE clean up after your horse – take manure home. Please support the lunch stand available – no other food allowed on grounds. Please be courteous to all volunteers who helped make this special event possible. This event is a fundraiser for the Buchanan County Animal Shelter. All fees & donations go to the Shelter. BuCoAS is a 501 C 3 non-profit organization. Clinic registration & fee NOT guaranteed slot in Clinic, notification will be given to all entries of acceptability, however, all entry fees will be retained as donation to Shelter.
